[DIET] Diet Mistakes!

So, today i will write another diet tips post. You know, there is still a lot of people who thinks that DIET = DON'T EAT! It is completely wrong. If you don't eat anything at all, it is the same thing with suicide. Your body needs food to give you energy! and, there is a lot of people who said "Nah, what is important of diet is controlling your appetite, nothing more." WRONG! You need to help your body to burn the calories and fats, You NEED to exercise, okay?

My reaction when a girl said "OMGGG i lost my weight by not eating at all!"
YOU WILL DIE IF YOU DON'T EAT. SERIOUSLY.


Okay. The prologue is done. Let's move to the main topic.



-Not Patient
Diet needs a long time to do, it won't takes a short time to get that beautiful body. If you want to do diet, you have to be patient. Nothing instant is good.

-Didn't eat any Carbs
Even that you are in the diet program, that doesn't mean you have to avoid all the carbs. Why? Carbs is a n energy source for your body. Carbs will give you energy that you need everyday. If you don't eat any, it you will be exhausted. Trust me.

-Sleep really late
Anyone who said that sleep when it is really late will make you slimmer, THEY ARE COMPLETELY WRONG. Sleep in the very late night will make your body lost its control with your appetite, and you will eat more than you usually are. So, better if you sleep 7-8 hours a day.

-Didn't do any exercises
You know, exercise will helps you a lot with your diet and it also relieve your stress. It will burn your fats and make you slimmer and also healthier. You want to be healthy, don't you?

-Afraid to gain muscles
"What? fitness? gym? No way! I don't want to be muscular!" Girls are usually said those things. Why are you so afraid with muscles? You know, muscles will give you that beautiful body. It will replace your fats. No more sagged legs, thighs or arms. So, now. Do that lifting weights. 2 kg is the ideal dumbbell weight for you girls.

So, that is all of the diet mistakes. Hope it will help. ^^
